Third Year Overview

"Ezra, Nehemiah, & Parables" — Fall

Illustrates how God used two men to rally His people and lead them in the rebuilding of the Temple and Jerusalem’s city walls. This study encourages listeners to build up their own spiritual walls of protection against the devil and with God’s help be victorious. Continues with parables about pride, forgiveness, foolishness, wisdom, the importance of prayer, and other biblical principles.

Moses & Christmas — Winter

Highlights God’s power and provision in the life of His people as they exit Egypt and journey to the Promised Land. It also emphasizes the importance of God’s commands and the consequences suffered for disobedience. The Christmas story recounts the events and purpose of the birth of the Savior.

Acts & Easter — Spring

Highlights the events of Christ’s atoning death, burial, and resurrection. The study then progresses to instruction in spiritual growth, then follows the events of Acts, from Pentecost and Stephen’s martyrdom, to Paul’s ministry, missionary journeys and death in Rome.
